Blue Castello cheese is a buttery and tangy blue cows milk cheese from Denmark. It has many uses from a simple cheese board to our special cream cheese dip.

  • 1 wedge Blue Castello Cheese—about .5 lb—give or take
  • 1 8 oz block Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Walnut Pieces

Mix cream cheese and Castello Blue with mixer until well-blended. Add walnuts and a pinch of black pepper.

Spread on crackers or bread, or stir into your favorite pasta.
