Roasted Butternut Squash with Fried Onions

This is a quick and easy—and extremely tasty—side dish. It takes no time to prepare and will please even the most discerning family member or guest.

  • Diced Butternut Squash
  • Garlic Salt
  • Onion Pieces
  • Olive Oil

Preheat oven to 400º. Lightly coat squash with olive oil. Add garlic salt to taste. Place on sheet pan or ovenproof baking dish and bake until soft and lightly browned—about 20 minutes. Top with Fried Onions and return to oven about 5 more minutes or until heated through.
