Blue Waldorf Salad
- 4 medium apples
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 stalks celery, chopped*
- 1/2 cup toasted walnuts*
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese*
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- Pinch sugar
Cut apples into chunks. Toss with lemon juice. Add other ingredients and toss well to coat.
*As always, ingredient amounts can (and should!) be adjusted according to personal taste. If you really, really like something, add more!
