Roasted Red & Sweet Potatoes
This is a simple side dish using fresh packaged diced yams and garlic mashed potatoes found in the refrigerated produce section!
- 1 bag Garlic Mashed Potatoes
- 1 bag Diced Yams
- Fresh Rosemary
- Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Place 1 bag each of the potatoes on a sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil to coat. Add chopped fresh rosemary, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well to coat all potatoes.
Bake in a hot oven 375° to 400° for about 20 minutes, or until tender.
