I Can’t Believe It’s Not Pork

  • 2 bags shredded carrots
  • 1 ctn diced onions (or 1 large onion, diced)
  • 1/2 jar Sriracha BBQ Sauce (more or less, to taste)
  • 1/2 container Crumbled Blue Cheese (more or less, to taste)

Sauté onion and carrots in 2 tbsp oil until vegetables are cooked through and begin to caramelize.

Stir in Sriracha BBQ sauce and heat through.

Stir in crumbled Blue Cheese.

Serve on hamburger buns.
