Nancy McGuigan’s Salad with Maple Dressing

This is a great recipe based upon a salad from a restaurant in Houston. Nancy changed things around to make it her own!

Dressing:

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp Orange Muscat Champagne Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Salad:

  • 1 bag mixed baby greens
  • 2 granny smith apples or pears, cut into matchstick strips
  • 1/2 cup dried cherries or cranberries
  • 1/2 cup walnuts or pecans

Whisk dressing ingredients together and add salt and pepper to taste.

Toss salad ingredients together and toss with dressing. Enjoy!
