Nancy McGuigan’s Salad with Maple Dressing
This is a great recipe based upon a salad from a restaurant in Houston. Nancy changed things around to make it her own!
Dressing:
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 3 tbsp Orange Muscat Champagne Vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Salad:
- 1 bag mixed baby greens
- 2 granny smith apples or pears, cut into matchstick strips
- 1/2 cup dried cherries or cranberries
- 1/2 cup walnuts or pecans
Whisk dressing ingredients together and add salt and pepper to taste.
Toss salad ingredients together and toss with dressing. Enjoy!
