Sundried Tomato, Penne and Basil Pasta Salad

  • 1 pkg frozen Penne Pasta, thawed (or 6oz penne pasta cooked abnd cooled)
  • ½ pkg Sundried Tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Grated Parmesan Reggiano
  • ½ cup Basil, chopped
  • S&P, to taste

Place cooled or thawed pasta in a large bowl.

Add red wine vinegar, olive oil, parmesan, basil and tomatoes.

Mix well and season to taste with salt & pepper
