Buttery Butternut Squash

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 bag Orange Cranberries
  • 2 pkgs Organic Butternut Squash
  • 1 pkg Sweet and Spicy Pecans, slightly crushed

Steam or microwave squash. In a skillet on medium heat, melt butter and sugar until bubbly. Add squash and cranberries to pan and saute until squash is evenly coated. Add pecans and serve.
