  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 lb. velveeta cheese
  • 1 can Rotel peppers
  • 3 tbsp hot picante sauce

Brown ground beef and drain fat. Add remaining ingredients. Melt in microwave and serve with tortilla chips.
