Fruit Smoothies

(12 servings)

  • 5 medium bananas
  • 6 cups frozen strawberries
  • 3 cups nonfat milk
  • 2 cups nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • ¼ cup wheat germ

Put all in large blender and puree until desired consistency. Feel free to substitute orange juice, apple juice or other frozen fruit for some of the nonfat milk.
