Nancy Mitchell

This comes to us from Nancy. They made it at their Open House and, as Tony the Tiger says… GREAT!

  • 1 lg head cabbage, shredded
  • 2 medium carrots, shredded
  • 1 tsp Celery seed
  • 2 or 3 green onions, chopped
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • mayonaisse to taste

Mix and chill. It’s that simple!
