  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 head green cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 2 carrots, shredded
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 green onions
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • sesame seeds
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce

In a large pan, brown ground pork with sesame oil.

Once browned, add shredded carrots. Mix soy and fish sauces with garlic and ginger and add to pan.

Immediately add shredded cabbage to pan and toss to coat.

Add chicken broth and cook for 3 minutes.

Garnish with salt, pepper, sesame seeds and sliced green onion.
