Latte di Mandorla (Almond Milk)

For 1 liter:
  • 300 g almonds peeled
  • 1 liter of hot water

Put the peeled almonds in a blender adding if necessary a little ‘of water until the mixture is quite fine and smooth.

Add hot water and leave to marinate for several hours.

Finally, filtered and consumed fresh.
