‘Tis the season!
Our bountiful bevvy of beauties tonight consisted of:
- Mixed baby greens
- Arugula
- Asparagus, marinated in balsamic and lemon pepper
- Hard cooked eggs
- Nectarines
- Tomatoes
- Gorgonzola cheese
- Avocado
- Grilled chicken
and a dressing made of balsamic, olive oil, honey, champagne mustard, and garlic.
And we had more of that wonderful chocolate cake for dessert.
