- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 bag Orange Cranberries
- 2 pkgs Organic Butternut Squash
- 1 pkg Sweet and Spicy Pecans, slightly crushed
Steam or microwave squash. In a skillet on medium heat, melt butter and sugar until bubbly. Add squash and cranberries to pan and saute until squash is evenly coated. Add pecans and serve.
