(10-2 oz servings)

  • 2 cups chopped tomatoes
  • 1/3 – ½ cup minced yellow or red onions
  • 1 tsp. minced fresh garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon or lime juice
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • ½ tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • ¼ – ½ cup chopped cilantro, to taste

Mix all but the cilantro and set aside several hours before serving. Add cilantro as close to serve up as possible.
