  • 2 cups nonfat plain yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. nonfat milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • Pinch of cinnamon

Whisk the sugar into the milk then whisk all into yogurt. Let sit refrigerated several hours before using. Thin with fruit juice, if necessary, to desired consistency.
