This can be a truly elegant dessert, served in a martini or wine glass! AND – it’s easy as 1-2-3!
- Fresh berries (we’re using fresh Raspberries and Blackberries, but ANY will do, including strawberries, or any mixture of fresh fruit you desire!)
- Mascarpone Cheese
- Shelled Pistachios, slightly chopped
- Maple Syrup (OR – chocolate sauce if you’re feeling especially decadent!)
Warm Berries slightly. Mix mascarpone cheese and pistachios together. Place some berries in an attractive glass, such as a martini or champagne, or in an attractive bowl. Top with a dollop of mascarpone and pistachio mixture, and drizzle a bit of maple syrup over the top.
