Tuscan Bean Soup with Sundried Tomato Pesto

  • 1 qt Vegetable Broth
  • 2 cans Tuscan Bean Medley
  • 1/2 jar Sundried Tomato Pesto

Heat broth & beans. Mash some of the beans (we used an immersion blender!) Stir in pesto and heat through.

Serve with crostini, crusty bread, or crackers
