Roasted Red Pepper and Tomato Soup with Crab and Roasted Corn

We originally thought up this soup using canned crab. It works equally well with shrimp!

  • 2 cartons Roasted Red Pepper & Tomato Soup
  • 1 can Crab Meat – or 1 bag Salad Shrimp (or sized shrimp of your choice)
  • 1 bag Roasted Corn

 

Thaw shrimp, if using. Mix soup and corn and heat. Add crab or thawed shrimp and heat through.
