- 1 bag Cruciferous Crunch
- 1 bag Sun-dried Tomatoes
- 4 tbsp Garlic Spread
- Balsamic Glaze or vinegar of choice
- Baguette, bread of choice, pizza crust…
Saute 1 bag of cruciferous crunch in a bit of olive oil. Add S&P and any other herb or spice you like.
When the greens begin to wilt and brown, stir in the sun-dried tomatoes.
Using your favorite bread, schmear with garlic spread – be generous – and add cooked greens.
Top with a drizzle of balsamic glaze or your favorite vinegar.
