Lasagna

  • 1 lb. cooked ground beef
  • 1 lb. cooked Italian sausage
  • 1 large jar Prego spaghetti sauce
  • 1-8 oz. package cream cheese
  • 1 container cottage cheese
  • 8 to 12 oz. mozarella cheese
  • 10 lasagna noodles

Heat sauce and add desired spices such as bay leaf, oregano, and basil. Add beef and sausage to sauce. In a separate bowl, soften cream cheese. Add cottage cheese and mozzarella. Layer noodles, sauce, and cheese mixture in 9 x 13 pan. Repeat layers. Bake for about 35-40 minutes until cheese on top is melted.
