Onion and Pomegranate Relish

  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup flat leaf parsley, coarsely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons pomegranate molasses
  • Salt, to taste

Combine all ingredients and mix well, adding salt as needed.
