Okay.  It’s true.  We really do eat regular ol’ food at our house once in a while!  It’s not always tres gourmet!

Tonight is a case in point.  I had some ground beef in the fridge that needed to be used, some leftover sauce from Saturday’s fantastic briciole that Victor made…  And there’s always cheese in the house…

So… I repurposed everything into Sloppy Joe’s!

I browned the beef, added a bit of cumin, smoked paprika, chili powder, and garlic, then added just a bit of sauce.  Heated through and put on buns, added a couple of slices of cheese, placed under the broiler, added fries and dinner was served!

Start-to-finish less than 20 minutes.
